Service for students
Feeling secure enriched and having fun are our foremost objectives for the students we place.
We select our families because of their kindness, generosity, and willingness to share their homes and lives with students.
We offer SAFE environments as all families have been personally visited by our staff and have all undergone police checks.
We offer in our initial placement fee up to 3 placements within the first month at no additional cost.
We offer specialised guardianship services, ensuring continual personalised contact with students and host families.
We gain an in-depth understanding of the dietary requirements of each student and then communicate this to their Homestay hosts.
We provide outing suggestions for the students.
We provide each student with a card identifying them of their Homestay hosts address and telephone number in case of emergency.
We are available 24 hour a day, seven days a week.
We provide an airport pickup service.

Service for Homestay hosts
We don't just meet our Homestay hosts, we get to know them
We are in constant contact with our host families visiting them regularly.
We continuously ensure our host families are meeting TCN Homestay's high standard of hosting guidelines.
We have developed a comprehensive guidelines booklet for each host families to ensure that the Homestay code of conduct is being adhered to.
We provide incentive campaigns to encourage our host families to maintain and exceed their high level of service.
We are available 24 hour a day, seven days a week.

We meet with you, take a brief of your requirements and special needs and then develop a system accordingly.
We conduct extensive and thorough investigations of potential Homestay hosts. Those admitted to our database and available to house your students are families who pass our *rigorous testing, giving you, the students and TCN Homestay peace of mind.
We place your students with host families.
We pick up your students from the airport.
We provide guardianship.
We present and provide comprehensive information at your Homestay and student orientation evenings.
We are available 24 hours a day for you and your students.
We communicate with you every step of the way.

Our TCN Homestay Hosts provide the following products and services for their students -
A welcoming household, safe environment and enriching cultural experience.
Three culturally appropriate meals per day (breakfast and lunch may be self serve).
All utilities paid (except telephone).
A location within 30 minutes travel time of the Institute they are attending.
An opportunity to speak and learn English.
A set up and settle assistance service including, accompanying students to their place of study traveling with them by public transport at least once, assist them in buying met tickets and opening bank accounts for them.
Laundry facilities. Some hosts prefer to provide a full laundry service.
A key to the Homestay hosts' premises.
Heating.
A room with a bed, bedding, desk, chair, computer connection where permitted, lamp and wardrobe.
Guardianship Service
Our guardianship service reflects the ethos of our TCN Homestay business. We treat our students with respect and provide them with the comfort that there is someone there for them to rely on
We accept students from all countries.
We provide an initial visit when the student arrives at their new Homestay residence.
We maintain daily contact with the host and student during the first week of Homestay. We maintain regular contact with the host and student thereafter.
We provide ongoing support to the student whilst in Homestay.
We attend parent teacher interviews as required and provide ongoing support with school work.
We assist and support the student with any issues he or she may have eg home sickness, loneliness etc.
We assist with practical details such as banking, transport, shopping etc.
We liaise with students' parents on a regular basis.
